He hadn't been sentenced yet, so I really am not sure. You can't really sentence a dead person. Mostly likely the courts will freeze his estate until a judgement is past.

That is a great thought...it should after the 1000's of lives he has ruined. His death to me (like all other CEO's) should be celebrated by us. This is not a time for pseudo-sentiment.
I would like to think that he didn't die of a heart attack but that he died of "Extreme Guilt".

It won't, because he probably doesn't "own" anything the he lived in, drove, etc. I am sure it was all under the name of another corporation in another state, that he was partial owner of.
