Prolly just a wolf spider and no there not gonna kill you. But they Do hurt :)

May be wolf spider, known jumpers like 4-6 mm long, gray/black in collor, huge pedipalps. Big eyes.
All spiders are póisonous, but not all are dangerous to humans. Wolf spiders aren't.

Is this a metaphor for......you having crabs in your "porch".....if so....need not sleep around and go buy that over the counter medicine!! good luck with the CRABS!!!
