If it at all like my perforated underwear, it has large holes in it, right next to the boys.

Perforated leather is leather that has been designed to breath by putting small holes in the material. Alot of higher dollar vehicles now days have heated or even air conditioned seats and these hole allow the air to keep your body warm or cold

Perforated leather is just simply the way it is processed very tiny holes are pierced through the leather to allow air flow usually found in vehicles.

There are small holes in the leather, I had gloves like that. It's for better circulation I guess.

It has tiny holes pressed into the leather to allow it to "breath" and it makes is more pliable.
