Presently I only have one set. I think it looks boring. I was thinking about getting another 2 on the left and one on the right. Is more than two piercings per ear generally considered too much?

you want look that way.Lots of girls at my school have 2 or three holes in their ears.

No. I have 2 in my right ear and 2 in my left ear and 1 in my nose. I love my piercings but i'm not getting anymore. I got my first set when I was 3 yrs. old and I got my 2nd set for my 9th birthday. I got the top of my ears pierced when I was 15 and my nose pierced when I was 17. Just be careful and keep them clean so they don't get infected like two of mine did.

Well personally 2 holes per ear is ok but anything more than that is a bit extreme. I have 2 holes and I wear 1 pair of stud diamonds in the second hole and silver hoops the first holes. When I go to job interviews I only wear one pair (in the first hole)

Go get your ears pierced 4 times on each side at the same time. Thats what i did. It definitely does not look boring and it feels good.

No way!!! I have 3 in each ear and i love it and am considering doing it a fourth time. the first one i got when i was 8 the second when i was 16 and the third when i was 35

It depends. Keep in mind that some employers may not look too kindly upon multiple piercings, even if it is just in your ears. But if you want to do it, go for it. You can always take those earrings out when you go job hunting!

Think about your age.
If you have a job, you should stick to the basic earrings, because your appearance makes an impression on customers and impresses your boss (I mean clean and friendly)
If you're a teen, NO. YOu'll be labeled emo and gangster-ish, the type of person prone to trouble and not a person you'd like to be friends with.

No more then to is not to much... well for me it doesnt seem to be but more then 10 sets of earrings is a little to much...... but then again its up to you

i dont think it would be two much i did that i let the 2nd pear close and i still have the first one that open i dont think it would matter at all if u want to get it then get it i did and it close up the 2nd one did but not the 1st one
