As a young black woman.. I believe there are several reasons for racism. To name a few there is lot of ignorant pig minded people in the world. Also due to the sterotypes and judgements. I mean really how many white people out there have become afraid when you see two black men. Many people assume that they are going to be robbed or something. And possibly white people tend to dislike blacks because of the way many young black kids my age act. And blacks at times dislike whites due to the past. We should all stop judging each other and get to know each other one on one not based on skin. Ask yourself this Did Martin Luther King Jr. and others like him die in vain? Lets think about it and everbody make a change.

Some white people don't like whites.... some blacks don't like blacks.
The nitty gritty are, most people don't like anybody not like themselves. Just today though, I watched the movie "Black Like Me". Ironically, it's an old black and white flick (no pun intended).
It's the true story of a reporter who underwent checmical treatments to dye his skin black... not PAINT it... he actually changed the pigment of his skin. He also cut and styled his hair to look like a black person's.
Mind you, this took place back when "Integreation" as it was called was taking place and blacks had just gotten the right to vote... oh yeah.. this guy went into the SOUTHERN states like that too.
He wasn't trying to get a scoop or make a buck. He wanted to see what it was like... for himself... because here cared... and he wanted the world to know.
This was also a book... book has a lot more than the movie will ever show... check it out.

Actually yes, some people do judge by your color, regardless of how you have lived your life.
But that's not the point..... the answer is simple, it's just human nature, both blacks and whites can be racist towards each other and other races, because of fear, because of what that person was taught, because of what that persons life experiences were or are.
It just simply happens, and it's a shame that it does.

the same reason some people hate blondes, or people that talk to loud. There is no reason accept for stupidty they don't understand so they condem it's easier.

NO. This is where you are wrong! People don't judge people by color - they judge them by their ACTIONS!
It doesn't matter how you live your life, what life has handed you.
