To date, Brazil is the greatest team ever! They have won more times than any other team and are the only team to appear in every World Cup.
Unfortunately, the Brazilians have been know to play as individuals and not a team at times, and I believe that was their downfall against France. Had they pulled themselves together, they would've been champions again, because no other team can play with the beauty and style of the Brazilians.
Futebol IS Brazil!

Good team? I don't think so. Brazil is the very best. The #1 in World Cups ahead of every other team. Brazil brings life to every World Cup.

The Brazilian group that played 5 games in 2006 World Cup has, in theory, the best players. However, these 'best' players don't form a good team. Everybody could notice it along the World Cup, mainly during the 0-1 loss to France.
It's simple: some Brazilian players wanted to play; others didn't. As a result, four (true) teams advanced to the WCup semifinals. The Brazilian band couldn't.

Historically one of the greatest teams if not the greatest in the world, but the current team is very bad, they do have 5 or 6 of the best players of the world, but they lack the team play, which eventually makes them a bad team.

they are definitely a talent-packed team; but, they have too much of a good thing... too much egos... all those egos get in the way and breaks down a team, especially when there is not a captain AND coach to "gel" all those individuals into team players and keep them focused!
