i highly doubt there are strip clubs in lynchburg, this is jerry falwells country, we cant even have a hooters hahaha.
also i wanna do it as a form of exercise, it the latest craze

Any pole you can find...it doesn't matter where it is. Busses and subway trains usually have great poles. Just start busting a move. When people start applauding you instead of throwing things at you, you will know that you have improved!

Seriously, Id go to a strip club and talk to someone there, give one of the girls 20 bucks and she will show you. You need good upper arm strength to do the cool moves though like flipping upside down and sliding down the pole so you dont break your neck.

I would also say a stripclub also search yahoo! and ask around if you're not a shy person. Which i conclude you're not since you want to take pole dancing lessons.
