If the shirt is tight and shows some midrift and the skirt barely covers ur *** and sticks to u as if it's painted on and other people
show up in jeans and capris and shirts that aren't 2 sizes to small for them then heck yea you'll look like a slutty whore.
But if the shirt is just the right size and the skirt comes down to about ur fingertips and some people are wearing skirts along with u then you'll look fine.

Personally i don't think it would be for myself, but it depends on all of those factors! Mainly age! Good luck, but if you think it would look slutty, then maybe you should wear something else!

depends on how tight the shirt is, how short the skirt is, and how much skin you're going to be showing (that is to say, if you will be unable to bend over without looking like you're auditioning for "Debbie does everyone!" then it may be too slutty)...might be okay for a costume party, but take a good look at yourself in this outfit, and if you think you're going to look slutty, then you might want to assemble another outfit.

I'm sure you know the answer to this. I can't see how it actually fits on you. And you don't need anyone to get the wrong impression of you. I hope you are not going for the slutty look to make your boyfriend jealous. That is not cool. Just keep it simple or at least casual.

it depends you neeed the skirt 2 be an inch and a 1/2 below the very bottom of ur but and the shirt showing no tummy

Well it depends on how mini the skirt is. If you stand up straight, with your hands at your sides and you can touch the hem of the skirt with the tip of your middle finger then is should be OK.
