I believe he took the cowards way out and took
his own life...won't be long before Jeff Skilling does
the same...

Let's see, old man near retirement, got caught ******* with everyone's money, now guilt ridden and facing 40 years in prison after living the "good life" Hmmmmmmm. I guess I'll take these pills and......(make sure I take a lot of them) and oooh god damn, my chest, I don't feel so good, I'm starting to feel numb, my heart feels like it's jumping out of my chest, ahhhhhhhhh............................

I tell you what. If I was the prosecutor, I'd want to see the body. A man with that kind of resources could fake is death and live in Tahiti like a king for the rest of his life.

I don't think he commited suicide. He's way too religious to do that. He believes in god too much and what god's plans are for him to change his own destiny.

hmmm, so if dying is the easy way out... why do some people whine about capital punishment, maybe we should expand it to cover more types of criminals.
