I think ALL malls should AT LEAST close at 11:00 PM.

I assume you don't have a family to go home to. Most people who work retail like I do are more than grateful when 9pm arrives. Do you think it's easy dealing with bad-tempered & hard to please people all day? Mind you, some make the job worth-while, but there are those who make you wish yourself a short life , if this were to be your job forever.

Many mall employees live far away from their jobs and are under 18. Child labor laws don't let certain jobs keep minors past 10:00pm (at least in Indiana). If the store closes at 9:00, the minors will be able to get out of the store before 10:00 and be home in time for a reasonable curfew.

The money coming in from 21:00 to 22:00 is less than the money coming out for 90% of all stores and that means they actually lose money if they stay open.
Obviously it's in their best interest to keep all their customers (The stores) profitable or they will go out of business and they will close the space.
That is exactly the same reason malls don't open at 7 AM

The ones near me close at 9:30 PM, but anyhow, because the people who work there have lives, and they need to go home and spend what little time they have with their families
