My sister came to me and told me this. Although she was really afraid of what I might do. We're real close and I reallly didn't know what to say to her.

Tell her that she was too young to begin. But now that she has let her know that you support her. Be completely honest with her. Don't try to make it seem like its all cool. If you think she moved too fast let her know don't lead her to believe the opposite. If you don't be upfront with her then she'll hide things from you which is not what you want. Try to talk to her of all aspects of sex and make sure she knows whats up. Protection, consequences, etc. Be her friend, don't be her mom. She'll appreciate you for that.

dont get mad at her
just tell her about all the precautions and also the dangers she is risking at a young age so that hopefully she wont do it again unless she is ready and safe
and afterall, lets be honest, i kinda know how she feels. she probably has heard about it all on tv and friends or peers and she felt like she had to do it too in order to be accepted or just to see what it feels like :)

take her to a gyn to get a check up, and birth control, explain to her that she is not ready for sex at such a young age(I was that very same age)it just causes' alot of problems, and you are still thinking like a kid at that age.

you have to accept that she has already done the deed...now you have to make sure that she took all the proper precautions, such as birth control or used condoms! also, does she intend to do it again? ask her to be honest with you and tell you all her concerns...
