My family and I are giong up there for 2 days and we were wondering what there is to do. It has to relatively cheap and not long (maybe a 1-2 hours). We are giong July 12 to the 14th. Thanks a bunch!!!!!

The scenery and weather are beautiful, the food is outstanding, and there is so much to do in San Francisco.
Walk the length of the Golden Gate bridge
Drive down the zig zag section of Lombard street
Peruse the goods in China Town
See the street performers near Fisherman's Wharf
Ride the trolleys
Drive down to the beach
Window Shop in Cow Hollow
Pick up some chocolates in Ghiradelli Square
Visit the Steinhart Aquarium
Take a walking tour through some of the beautiful residential areas with gorgeous homes

Well in Santa Cruz about 45 minutes south theres the board walk on the ocean. they have like a fair type of thing and then the ocean.........if your over 21 and you like clubs there are lots of clubs there.........also theres the warf its like a bunch of shops all right on the ocean and you can see Alkatraz.......you can also go tour Alkatraz and the bay but that might cost a little more.....and they have the Six Flags Marine World but thats really expensive!

Go to Pier 49/Fisherman's Wharf - there are nice restaurants on it; also you can make a cruise to the Golden Gate and see Alcatraz. If want to have a nice dinner (or better lunch) go to Cliff House.
