How would you stop Plate Tectonics?

Earthquakes, Volcanoes and tsunamis caused by Plate Tectonics (movement of the earth’s crust) kill thousands of people every year. How would you stop PT? Would you like to join an organization that would come up with both serious and for fun answers to the problem of PT? The name of the organization is Stop PLAte TecTonics (SPLATT).

First of all it is impossible for us to stop plate tectonics. But, it will naturally happen millions or even billions of years in the future.
Of all the natural disasters related to plate tectonics, earthquakes are by far the most destructive for human life and infrastructure. Nevertheless, earthquakes do not kill people by itself, improperly constructed buildings are the real killers.

you physically can't. the plates are so huge and have so much momentum, you'd never be able to generate enough force to stop them.
