There is no such thing as overpopulation, because the world has more than enough resources to feed every human for eternity, and it is logically impossible for there to be more humans than the Earth can handle, because nature always send diseases to humans to keep the population balanced.
Overpopulation exists only in towns and cities, causing the surrounding areas to loose resources and water. Eventually we will have to abandon the concept of towns and cities because they are detrimental to our environment and they are foolish in themselves in their waste of resources for selfish pursuit of luxurious entertainment life of laziness at the expense of the hard-working agrarians of the world. The towns and cities produce almost all of the pollution in the world, and towns and cities are the only overpopulation problem we have, and wherever there is overpopulation there are problems: poverty, crime, pollution, etc.
- Almost all people with mental problems reside in towns and cities.
- Almost all people with bad immune systems live in towns and cities.
- Almost all lazy people live in towns and cities.
Overpopulation in the towns and cities must be the reason why towns and cities have so many problems and cause problems for the countryside people, but either way towns and cities will either be abolished by the countryside or they will make themselves extinct, because they are not self-sufficient and require exploitation of the hard-work of the country people and of peasant nations to keep feeding them like parasites in that the towns and cities don't contribute anything back to the countryside and the peasant nations they exploit except poverty and war.

No. Overpopulation is a myth. You could actually take the population of the entire earth (over 6 1/2 billion humans), put everyone in the state of Texas, and there would be roughly the same population deinsity throughout the entire state as there is in New York City.

It depends on what populations you are asking about. The caucazoid (White) race has not been at replacement levels since 1965 and that is defined as racial suicide. Look it up in a good sized dictionary. So the White race is endangered and will be extinct within a century or 2 unless dramatic changes occur. In 1920 we were 32% of the worlds population. Today we are at 11 to 12%. We will be a minority in all the nations we created within 3 or 4 decades. Here in the U.S. we are near minority status but that will not be reported till the 2010 or 2020 census. Criminals, and illegal aliens and those that are not easy to find do not fill out census forms. Thus non-Whites are greatly undercounted. All White founded nations have "open borders" with massive hordes of non-Whites invading. Even Ireland!
The other 2 main races (all others are mixes of the 3 main races) are growing massively. Mongoloids and negroids are exploding. The population explosion is all non-White. The White race has subsidized this dark population explosion via all the help we provide inferior peoples. Even with all the stupidity related diseases and starvation White aid keeps the negroids alive long enough to have a huge litter. Negoid numbers have been exploding for many decades thanks to the White race and especially christ insanity. We send them food, give them medical help, teach them, dig wells, help with sanitation. If we stopped all aid and trade with the negroids they would in short order return to near starvation small sustainable population sizes. Without our foolish help the world would cleanse itself of about 2 billion dark clouds within months and another 1 or 2 billion within a year or 2. Oh what a brighter Whiter world it could be. Less pollution and a cleaner environment, less crime, less ignorance and poverty. However as our nations darken so does our future!

Yes, and no. Yes, because the current way we as a human race are consuming resources, it will leave little for the generations to come, and as more people are added into this culture of mass consumerism, more resources are being used up at a faster rate.
No, because if we all survived on the necessities, a roof over a heads (nothing like a hundred-room palatial mansion), food, and water, there would be a lot more room left, but that is a big IF.

Absolutely.
In China, you are allowed only 2 children, if you get pregnant with a third, you HAVE to abort it.
I guess that's how they combat overpopulation.
I think that's a bit extreme, but people with 6 or 7 kids. That's a bit ridicoulous, unless you're extremely sucessful and can afford it.

It depends. Do you think the population jump from 1900 (1 billion people) to 2000 (6.6 billion people) is a sign of lots of reproductivity? If so, that is a yes for you. Oh yeah, by the way, every 3 seconds, someone is born. I'm not saying they're always alive, but...

Looks like it. When the population ratio overcomes the resources, we definitely are overpopulated.

Depends on whether you think this world is worthy of sustaining. If you're a fundie, this world is just a vessel to your "real" life, so the more the merrier. If you care about this world, you'd have to say that there's a population problem which will only get worse.

Yes. And as long as we keep producing more food there will continue to be unchecked poplulation growth. Food is the only limit on the growth of a population.
