What do you feel is the best advice you can give your child? I'm a strong person, mentally and physically. My child who is 7 will know and understand how to never put up with an abusive person, or people are hateful to her. What is the best advice you can give your children?

Treat others as you would want to be treated and that sometimes just walking away is the most courageous way to deal with problem people.

Always do for others that which you would expect them to do for you and if they do not appreciate it do not hold that against them for you are a better person for that.
Have integrety and do what is right even though no one else is watching .

Your mind is like a parachute - It only functions when it is open. Also, teach her that although we all have different races, we all still come from the same race....the human race.
