All you would have to do is use a photo sharing site such as Photobucket or Image Cave...your images do not get deleted and will stay there for 100s of years as long as the site is up and running for 100's of years.

Would you actually trust a company you don't know, that's been in existance at best for 10-20 years to store your data for another 100? That it would even be around in a hundred years?

The only thing I'd trust to store something that long is a cemetary. Even then, only because I have to, and knowing they get dug up all the time whenever they're in the way of "progress".

Buy a seperate hard-drive, store your files on it, place it in 3 electric-safe bags, and place the entire package in a 5-inch-thick steel vault.

Bury this vault 10 feet underground. I'm sure it will be there in good condition in 100 years.

There's no garruntee the internet will even be around in 100 years. In fact, if TeleCom has their way, we don't even have 5 years...

Just one question: Do you plan on retrieving this information after a century...?

yes you can save file on the net free of charge, even yahoo briefcase is useful. I often store files on line and pick them up at work, it saves me carrying them on disc etc.
