Yes there are a lot of ignorant people in the world. We all are in one sort or another. In dealing with the public on a regular basis I enjoy the challenges that each individual may present.

The general public seems to have the same opinion about service providers, they think they can do your job better than you. Dealing with the public is a pain, but they are the reason that I have a job. I try to let their lack of understanding just slide off and joke about it later with my co-workers.

No, I don't hate people.
I just dislike the people who are rude, don't listen when you explain something to them, and expect you to do everything for them.
Some people are really nice and are a joy to deal with. Sometimes they make it up for the "bad" customers.

I can't stand for people to ask 1 question 10 different ways, but then look at you as if you're the unintelligent one when you answer them.
I also don't care for people who you almost have to tell them, "Ok, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, BREATHE! Don't forget to breathe it's very important."
