It's never too late to start your life over again...sometimes it just feels that way. Since I don't know your situation, I cannot comment specifically, but I can give you the benefit of my own experience.

Every day we wake up is a new opportunity to become the person we want to be. No, I am not some "intensely positive thinker," I just know that when it seems like we're at the end, there is always a new beginning.

Whether it is a relationship, a career, a hobby - if you are unfulfilled in an area - you can change it! I waited to raise my two children before I went back to college and I am now well on my way to obtaining my degree in psychology. I'm going to teach and counsel, and the thought that I didn't do it sooner is not a problem for me. I'm much more excited about the opportunities that are going to open up!

As far as relationships go, no one is ever too old to love or to be loved. Even though I am divorced and not romantically involved at this time, I know that as long as I allow myself to be open to new relationships, I have a good chance of becoming involved in one.

Never give up on yourself, my anonymous friend. Just when you think the game it over, it goes into overtime!

Hope this helps...and all the best to you!

It's never too late because you never know how many tomorrows you are going to get. So you could become quite wealty, expert, popular...whatever your goal, if you start today. And many gurus will tell you that it isn't the end/goal that is the most important anyway, it's the fun/excitement/challenges along the way and how you handle them that define the true success of your new life. Best wishes.

Never. I went to nursing school with a lady who was 67 years old. We graduated together. She did it with the money she got after her husband died. She said he was a terrible husband and she lived misreable for 45 years and decided to enjoy the rest of her life, so she graduated a Registered Nurse in 1995.
