I am a puertorican girl who is tan and petite and I am attracted to white american men. I like their facial features and most of them are tall. Love white boys with beautiful green/blue eyes. Also I find certain european men attractive. Cant specify cause there are too many nationalities there. But If you are white, tall and have a cute face and good personality I'll probably like you.
And for the women. I think the prettiest women are in Venezuela and some in Mexico. Mexican actresses have the best bodies of the world. Have you seen them?

The most exotic women I have known were Indian or middle eastern. I really don't know why but there are a few women who have eyes that drive me crazy.

In my single days it was still latinas and filipinas. I never saw as many gorgeous women anywhere in the world as I saw in Rio de Janeiro (I'm from the US). What makes them beautiful? Brown skin and eyes, beautiful smiles and nice bodies.
