How do they remove cocaine from Coke? I'm talking about removing the illegal drug from the soft drink.

they don't use cocaine in coke anymore. They haven't done so in a very very very long time.

However, if it did, i would probably do an organic extraction using ether as a solvent. After a few crystallizations, you get crystallized coke syrup lol

Not to offend anyone...this is not a racial "stabb".....caffeine replaced coke in coca-cola and became illegal because white people were giving cocaine to black slaves so they had the ability to work harder.....then, they feared, for no apparant reason....that "crazed negroes would be running a muck, taking your women and children".

Idion white supremists bought this propogandra, and thus cocaine became illegal....no BS...just do a google and you will see it is true..

As a sidenote....caffiene is just as harmful as cocaine in the form cocaine was in soft drinks...think about how many Americans are addicted to caffiene?!

Also, as of the year 2000, it is inteesting that we Americans consume roughly 70% of the WORLDS cocaine!!!

And we bomb Columbias crops for our habit and wonder why other counties think our world diplomacy sucks?! LOL

The soft drink (now) never contains cocaine. The original recipe contained cocaine, but the recipe has changed quite a bit since then.

Cocaine was never "part" of coca-cola, it was added to the sugary/flavored water.
