Anything you put on your skin goes into your body, but does honey have that same effect? I know it causes infant botulism if they eat it.

Botulism (which can be a fatal poisoning) is the concern when it comes to infants eating honey - no need to be concerned over the honey in baby products, but any product can cause irritation or an allergic reaction so just keep track of what you use on your baby! Grins & Giggles Milk & Honey baby wash smells wonderful!!!

i does not supply a toddler any product that has uncooked honey in it. i think of the difficulty is with honey is salmonella so i'm incredibly specific that some thing with honey as an factor (ie honey bunches of oats cereal) does not do any harm. For me, i don't supply my baby something that I ought to 2d wager if this is high quality for them or not.

Well, the honey in products are always mix with other components. It is true that honey in dangerous when taken by mouth. But to be on the safe side since babies are always sucking and licking on themselves....I would check with your baby's doctor. Just to be sure. Better safe than sorry later.

The honey in the lotion is processed, so no worries about it in terms of absorbing it through the skin.
