You bet your sweet a$$ I would be working....
Simple, you think I want to stay home with my wife and kids?
Get serious. That is what work is for. To stay far away, for as
long as possible, too!

Yes, I would work. Having money to the point of not needing to work would free me to invest myself, time, and money when and where I wanted instead of slaving to make ends meet. Pursuing my calling would be my work and there is nothing wrong with that. If people who didn't have to work stopped we wouldn't have Bill Gates or other's whose financial contributions and research bring about positive changes in the world. There are more reasons to work than just make money.

Depends on the work. If I didn't need money and let's say you had your own business or did something you really wanted to do; I'd keep doing it just to have some fun. Lets say you worked as a jet test pilot; would you quit your job just because you had too much money? Like I said it depend on what you do, right now for me...I would tell my boss to go sit on it and rotate if someone gave me a hundred bucks.

Yes, I'd work at doing a job I loved doing, instead of a job with pay I love by job I don't like. Or maybe teach people to read. Maybe work for Habitats for Humanity. Something to help those that are less fortunate than I am. Why? The feeling of making a difference, and of accomplishment.

No, humans were designed to enjoy life, not work. That is why I enlisted in the Army at 18, so I could retire before turning 45 and never work again. 5 years to go.

I would work, but not on someone else's payroll and on much larger scale projects than I could ever afford to bankroll, now... and, in the process I'd be creating good jobs for people who do need a decent paycheck and benefits package.

A life where there is only play [or time off] would be boring and uneventful; people who retire often miss the days when they had a reason to get up, somewhere to go, and something to DO. In recent years when jobs became scarce, it became a real problem: moral went down, and crime became a real problem: it's not good to continue to "get something for nothing" = contribution in life IS important!!

I would work to keep busy as a volunteer or for socialization on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursday, Friday and Saturday I would play golf, go snorkeling and fishing. On Sunday I'd thank the Lord for not allowing my heart to fatally attack me.

Hell no! I can honestly say I would not work for the pleasure of it. Work is a necessary evil to survive this life. It is the time in between that we treasure. Maybe that what makes it that more important.

I'd do what I had to do to get food, have fun, stay clean etc, which is basically what I do now anyway.
Would I have a job if I (for example) won the lottery? No. It would be selfish to do so. Someone else would need it much more.
