What a lucky bunch of people we are that we have so many celebrities who know so much about running the country. They are wasting their time in Hollywood. They should run for public office so they can run the country themselves.

Honestly, give me a break. Cindy Sheehan suffered a terrible loss, the loss of her son, but do you think her son would be proud of what she's doing now? I'm the mother of a soldier and he and every serviceman he knows find Cindy Sheehan's efforts and ploys at garnering attention to be pathetic and deplorable. She is nothing but a pawn who is being used by anti-war activists to further their cause, and she's too dumb or too blind to see it.

I want our soldiers home. I want the war to be over. But I'm certainly not going to be an *** about it the way so many celebrities are.

Such a sad state of affairs in our country that some people are forced to take drastic means to get political attention. What will it take to end the war in Iraq?

Death by Starvation?

Probably not, judging by the answers to your question so far. The majority of the people in our country are apathetic about; or have found illogical solutions for ending the war.

We need reason and logic not emotions or extremes to end this war. What sane person can really truly believe that war can or will solve problems?

Think about it ... how is it possible for thinking adults to justify or to think that war will solve anything?

It won't ... the problems begin in the sandbox, the bully on the playground ... that is where it has to stop.

We need to raise thinking, caring individuals who will fight their battles with logic and find solutions that don't involve invading other countries.

Cindy Sheehan is an utter whore.

She said nothing when other women were loosing their children.

She said nothing when her son enlisted and went off to war.

She only started opening her mouth when she had a coin to use. She is blatantly using the death of her son as a soapbox from which to spout her utter stupidity.

Let her die or fade away into irrelevance. I don't really care which.

And movie stars should never be looked at for advice. They get their living by acting to be someone other than who they are. They have no true personality as they toss theirs aside for their next paycheck.

Actors and actresses are the ultimate whores.

The funny thing about Sheehan is that she gave up custody of her son when he was a child. She didn't even see him that much. Now she is an outraged grieving mother? Does she even care what her son would think about what she is doing and saying? I know that my brother (who served a year in Iraq) has said that he would be digraced if my mother would have carried on like that in the event of his death. He said his buddies have said the same thing. She is just being used by the left winged nuts out there as well and it is sickening!!!

Who's Cindy Shehand and who cares if she commits suicide? I presume her family would care, but why would the rest of the world?

I only want Cindy Sheehan to kill herself if she promises to kill,Sean Penn,Alec Baldwin,Susan Sarandon and Michael Moore with her.She is a media whore and she is using her poor dead son to get it.It is VERY sad what happened to her son and i would be devestated if my !9 year old son dies in Iraq, but I would be proud and HE chose to go and i would not crap on his contribution to the world or blame everyone I would grieve tremendously and celebrate his life.

Two points. Big Deal. Sheehan has had her fifteen minutes. Let's give Kim Jung Il the spotlight for about fifteen minutes.

If Cindy Sheehan gives in to her grief, it's because of the death of her beloved son - not to make any political point.

Private hells are more agonizing than public firestorms.

Bless her.

She's got more guts and determination that the idiots who drive around in their gas guzzlers with their little "Support Our Troops" ribbons on them. Whatever makes them sleep at night. I guess we all can tell who a real patriot is, someone who is outraged at what this country is doing.
