You must have a HUGE chip on your shoulder to say that about louisville,ky.
however back to your question the rudest place and people has got to be chicago but i love the town anyway.

I haven't visited many places...Ive lived in California my whole life...usually between azusa and covina is the extent of it....a little over a year ago i moved to palm springs....couldn't take it for very long.....theres alot of older rich people that live there and they are very stuck up and not polite at all.....Its such a nice upscale place to live...you cant drive very far without seeing a car that is less than a year old......ill tell you if you ever go you have to dress a certain way and act a certain way......not my kind of people.
