Honey, there isn't a magic diet or pill that can help you. First off, learn to love your curves. The people in the media that are rail thin are not healthy or real people. They're airbrushed and probably have some major eating disorders.
You need to decide right now that it is far more important for you to love and accept yourself as you are now...not how you wish you could be because that ISN'T realistic. Once you've decided that you are worthy of your own love, give yourself permission to move in ways that make you happy and feel free. For instance, I bellydance and bounce. Last May I decided to get over my fear of water and I started taking swimming lessons. I'm giving myself permission to discover things that make my body feel whole. Turn off the television and quit looking at the glamour magazines... they only hurt your spirit. Be the strong, wonderful human you envision yourself to be in the future now...and don't wait til you reach some random number people say is ideal. If you want to start rock climbing, do it! Wanna skydive? Do it? Life is way too short to be living vicariously through others.

The simple fact is there are no simple and easy ways to lose weight and keep it off. You have to eat healthy and exercise. By the way, I would point out that skinny does not mean fit. Some of the fittest femail athletes are not what you would call skinny.

The best way would be to excercise daily and follow the Canadian Food Guide. And it's not very healthy to loose a lot of weight in a short period of time.

Try going on a 2 day fast to rid your body of toxins, sugar, and other nasties you are used to eating/drinking. Drink only water for those 2 days. Then, start a low sugar diet(eat sugar only in the morning), exercise, and drink plenty of water.

water water water! start pounding the water. not only will it flush out your system but you will lose weight faster than any food diet. another is to lay off the sugar. at first its hard but it will be worth it when you fit in those great jeans!

yup well first dont thrown up o nethin aiight, but drink alot of watyer instead of sodas nd stuff, exercise everyday for like 30-60 mins. do eat so much sugar stuff, nd fattnein things, but yea just keep it reall nothin to harm urself

you can'ttttttttttttttttttt you can't just lose wieght you need to work at it and exercise and eat healthy the reason this is the fatest country is becase we buy in to all these (lose weight now) diets that don't work

put a big juicy t-bone steak at the top of your treadmill, then set the speed on very fast, do that everyday for about four hours, and you will be all set!
