For instance, does the top club from a nation represent it's team for the Euro Cup...or is it a mixture of clubs like in the World Cup?

The Euro 2008 is like the world cup but only open to European teams for example England, Wales, Italy, France, Germany etc... This year it's being held in Switzerland and looks to be really exciting. It doesn't have as much coverage as the World Cup but is just as exciting as it can show case some excellent up and coming players.

i think of Italy will win, yet i choose France to. Italy could have an extremely good squad and that i think of they must be favourites yet they do have the downside of enjoying in 'the team of dying'.

nope its like the world cup but only european countries play.
