Oooooh tough one. They are both so different and yet so amazing! Eh, I have to side with Disney World. I just got back a few days ago and had a terrific time. I stayed a few extra days and visited some nearby historic sites such as the Castilla De San Marcos National Fort Monument in St. Augustine. That was amazing.

Grand Canyon, hands down. While you are there, you can take a quick trip to Utah and go to the Arches National Park.

The Grand Canyon was made by a little river. Disney was built by a guy named Disney, who could draw a mouse.

I'd prefer Walt Disney World, but it depends on what you like more. Rides and attractions, or nature.
