Yes they can. Any optometrists office should be able to do this for you. The designer part is the frame, so replacing the screws and lenses will not detract from the beauty and worth of the gucci sunglasses design.

I bought my wife a pair from Nortdstrom and they have a lifetime warranty - we could even take them back and get full credit towards another pair a year or so from now.
You may wish to try them even if you don't have a receipt - or to call and inquire about service.

Visit your local eyeglasses shop, they have the tools to repair glasses. If they sell sunglasses, just act like you bought them there and need repair.

take them to a eye doctor's office and see what they can do to fix them there. They fix regular glasses there, so they should be able to fix sunglasses.
