I'm assuming you want to add a list of users and passwords, etc. into AD from the spreadsheet? If so, the answer is yes, but it's a bit tricky. You can import the data into AD from a CSV file, and an Excel spreadsheet can be saved as one. So, save the spreadsheet as a CSV file, then import the data into AD.
