BBQ something! Too hot to cook inside! Either that or have a nice little picnic with fresh, crusty bread, grapes, apples, a couple different types of cheeses and some wine.

Why not try indian food instead? If u r up for something heavy tonite, try steamed briyani rice with spicy chicken curry, mix vegetable(of ur liking) + cucumber acar(sweet n spicy pickle)
Or if u just want to have something light, try thosai instead. Its made like pouring pancakes over the fire, just that made with different ingredients(blended fermented rice flour).
Have ur dinner early n sleep off!

i have this really great husband and he cooked dinner for us tonight. he made his famous taco salad.
1 head of lettuce...chopped.
1 to 2 pounds hamburger meat...cook and drain.
1 to 2 pkgs taco bell seasoning mix....
1 to 2 med tomatoes...diced.
1 pkg cheddar cheese shredded.
1 bag of nacho cheese doritos. large.
brown and drain your meat.
add pkg seasoning mix.
add lettuce tomatoes doritos and cheese.
stir all together. top with salsa or sour cream
this makes enough to feed 6 to 8 .
oh, by the way you crunch up the doritos in the bag and mix them in with every thing else.
