That depends entirely upon who that individual is...simply because everyone has their own point of view on what is wrong and on what is right. Basically you are the only one who can determine whether or not you have been naughty or nice. Second parents have come up with the whole Sata Clause deal just to get their kids to behave...not that it works >=)

that is putting a man in a spot only God should have.
No man knows whos naughty or nice. Only God is the judge.
Are all Rich kids intitled to lots of gifts because they are nice?
Are all poor kids not given any because they are bad?
I hate Santa Clause and it hurts poor people the worst.
He is not a fairy tale, he is told as a truthful person and it is a lie.
That is breaking one of the 10 commandments.
Then you tell your kids don't lie. Sends a mixed message.
