An alligator- it's illegal to kill them because they are a protected species, and I could eat, swim, and sit in the sun all day.

I would want to be a Gila Monster....Just because it has Monster in the name...and when I was a kid I saw one, and it scared the bejebus out of me....I would want to do that...
