Well, you can always get the dress altered. In four months, you prolly will be showing a little bit. Don't worry, you will make it work. Good luck!

Congratulations on all of your good news! Don't panic. You have 2 very exciting events happening!

what kind of dress do you have? If you have a dress with and empire waist just under your bust line(you may want to try your dress in a couple of months so that you can make sure the bust fits properly), you should be just fine. Eat healthy and continue to walk or work out (with doctor's permission) and keep a positive head on your shoulders.

If you gain just a little weight, you can go in and have your dress altered just a little. Your day will still be perfect.

Better either get a new seamstress or a bigger dress!

Let's put it this way. I was a size 6 only a few short months ago. As I'm pregnant with twins, I'm already a size 10. And they're not due until November!

Right now it is not a good time to be dieting! I can tell you that your dress will not fit period! The first thing that happens to you before you start showing is your waist starts dissapearing, all the belly area gets a bit bigger and out of shape, before you ever start showing. You'll be about 4 months when you get married so I recommend you to sell your dress right now and wait until a month before your wedding and get a bigger dress. Good luck

This happened to one of my best friend's;she became pregnant 3 months before her wedding. If you have a really good bridal shop you bought your dress from, explain your situation to the alterations
tailor and ask if there's anyway she could add panels to the midsection of the dress, using material from the bottom if she had to cut it down because it was too long. Or, find a good tailor or seamstress in your area-- you'd be surprised what they can do, and often for reasonable prices. Congratulations on your wedding, and your new angel on the way!

You're just worried? Um you're going to be 4 months preggers. You better take that dress back, or start talking to some seamstresses fast. Or fast forward that wedding to next week!

My pal were given married at round 6 months pregnant even as she become turning out to be higher almost daily. She had a corset back gown yet that become only for the bust section, it become free setting up round her bump. of direction it become diverse for her because she knew she become pregnant (thats why the marriage become moved so as that toddler become not born out of wedlock). i'd propose waiting to work out how a lot weight you position on by using then, if its your first then you definitely gained't be exhibiting a lot in any respect by using then. in case you position weight on rapidly then i'd propose getting a gown maker to finish slightly changes to the gown as you don't need it tight round your bump. good success and double congratulations!! Edit: I didnt placed any weight on except for around the bust with my first till i become about 16 weeks yet with my second I have a ideal bump at 16 weeks and placed on a lot of weight round my abdomen rapidly.

It probably won't fit. Just take it to the seamstress who altered it for you and have her let it out. Or, if you're showing a lot by then, buy a whole new dress.

yeah you can get a dress altered. you won't be showin much at 4 months so you shouldn't really have a problem. ask a friend or family member to alter the dress if you need to cos it will cost heaps for a pro to do it
