In the war in Iraq right now, Great Britain has been our staunchist ally, even thought the majority of the British think that the war in Iraq is a mistake.
As far as which country hasn't won a war, that's a very vague question. A lot of countries haven't even been in a war, and what counts as actually winning a war? And do you win if you fight with the help of allies? Germany hasn't won any wars lately - it lost in both WW1 and WW2.
Great Britian and France are both countries, not cities.

Our primary ally against Iraq is the United Kingdom (Great Britain).
I don't know which country has never won a war. Maybe one of those fairly new nations that were part of the Soviet Union.
France is a country.
By "Great Brittian," I assume you mean Great Britain, and it is also a country.

israel is our ally, sweeden has never won a war cause theyve never fought one, france is a country, and great britain is england, wales and ireland which are all countries
