Ahhh it's a trick question:
Mankind never flung poo. Our bipedal ancestors did, but as evolution progressed (please don't freak out creationists... just a theory) the monkey-guys used the leaves and we just inherited that trait.

I used to exterminate (pest control) and I've been in some crappy houses and it is apperant to me that not all humans have evolved
at the same rate.
