The SEC has a staff of people that watch for market manipulation.

Honestly, Frank is right. Large cap stocks are hard to manipulate. With so many people watching stocks, it is difficult for a few people to have that much influence on a stock. It is too easy to verify negative information.

I do however, receive many emails touting the next big thing in stocks. If I short these stocks, my average return is 70-80%.

After a number of the flaws I’ve examine on Yahoo solutions, I’m stunned the secret provider isn’t checking into extra people. I stay for the day they knock in this purple blooded American’s door for voicing my opinion, yet such an excellent style of people the following say some fantastically scary issues. Threatening the president or all of us else, wishing the president would die, and providing to or encouraging people to hitch the warfare “antagonistic to” united statesa., aren’t humorous and characteristic to be taken heavily. I have my own information superhighway-web site and if i choose to teach on the centred visitor logs (which I don’t), i visit work out what IP cope with all of us is coming from, their demonstrate screen resolutions, their operating platforms and far extra. the internet isn't nameless. you'll not in any respect capture me threatening all of us or maybe declaring I hate someone. Threatening to reason damage to all of us even if that is the president or your next door neighbor can't be tolerated. that is not a count of "freedom of speech"; that's a count of the protection of the fellow being threatened. i understand this can be slightly off the topic and that i’m sorry, yet style of pertains to what's printed the following. an excellent style of those issues is printed by using little ones and that i favor Yahoo would set up an “Ask Yahoo for little ones” so we’d understand when we’re chatting with an individual or an adolescent. i believe little ones have a accurate to ask mature questions, yet I favor there turned right into a diverse board only for them. We as adults shouldn’t be enticing in conversations with little ones or advising them on their lives and they have a tendency to spew forth extra radical garbage than the adults. I’d hate to work out some youngster get their father and mom placed on some style of watch record or placed lower than surveillance because of something their baby stated.

Of course.

QCOM's daily volume is 15,000,000 shares and cannot be manipulated by anyobody. (Unless you have $500 million)

Even the CEO of QCOM does not have that kind of money.
