okay I have a navy blue skirt and a white shirt... what colour shoes and necklace should I wear????

Shoes...nothing really heavy, maybe if you have white strappy heels or something blue. Necklace..maybe something silver, since it pretty much goes with everything.

What style is the skirt? If it's a cotton blend that isn't fitted to the body. Go for the natural straw sandals.
And wear a chunky necklace with jewel toned beads
If the skirt is more of a dress skirt fitted. Wear nude colored dress shoes and go with a simple gold or silver chain necklace

Gurl you asked the right question cuz i kow the answer well first u should get a bright color blue neckles that kind of matches your skirt but make sure it stands out and for the shoes u should get those cute BABY DOLL shoes or at least that is what i call them but anyway if u can't find those ten just get some nice cute gilie shoes an everything will be fine i hope u have fun wearing the outfit

um...for the shoes
you could do a white strappy sandal
or a black strappy sandal
flip flops even
just dont wear anything too heavy
and for the necklace...
i think you should go and find an anchor necklace
that would look adorable
since you already have the sailor look
or maybe just go find a bunch of vintage necklaces and layer them
that would look beautiful
you would be sure to make eyes follow you
