sometimes I need to know something that I wouldn't know how to begin to research on the internet. Just the other day I heard some music coming from an ice cream truck and I knew the tune but I didnt know the name of it or who wrote it. without that information you can't possibly look it up.
I got on yahoo answers and asked for other los angeles residents if they knew what the song was that was played on all the ice cream trucks and within a minute I had the answer I was looking for.
there aren't many forums like this where you can ask a specific question to the entire world instead of a search engine that will just give you websites that contain a word or two from your querry.
of course there will always be the immature people who are going to ask stupid things just to get attention, but beyond that, I think it's a valuable resource.

it ought to probably be lack of promotion by using artist n label. even though it may also advise ppl merely are not digging the music. Fan or not fan from time to time ppl do merely not like a music. It merely shows possibly there that whoever picked that to be the only made a nasty selection. I also imagine at Madonnas age she needs to re-invent herself... step faraway from the kinds of song she has been doing up til this pt. And although she does do not do appearing. stick with song... perchance do some thing extra edgy yet not in a grimy volatile way. attempt signing rock or r&b or some thing. Idk. Her song isn't my cup of tea anymore and hasn't been because the early to mid-90s.

I think it can get old quickly but it is useful to find out a lot of random things or pass a few hours at work, so it has potential...
