The question is missing some facts that would be good to know; but it's clear you are having an on going problem with someone.
In general, I would have to say that you need to get away from that person because you're going to end up having to defend yourself or you are going to end up beaten.
If you can't avoid ending up in that situation again; then don't forget, you should prepare yourself to defend yourself and do it even a few minutes before it's necessary. DO NOT FEAR DOING IT.
But, I say get out while you can. Get away from that person totally.

When I was a teacher, I discussed this with some of my students. The subject came up because a classmate got in trouble for fighting, when he actually was attacked by the other kid. To be "fair", the administration suspended both boys.
I suggested that, to make it totally clear that you weren't fighting, not even "fighting back", you should probably just drop to the floor & start squealing like a baby.
I wasn't entirely serious, but something wacky like that might break the aggressor's mood & cause him to back down.
You could try some other insane action like start speaking in tongues and dancing around like a snake-handler. I bet most bullies would back off if they thought you were bat-sh** crazy.

why are you in a room with someone like that in the first place? and second why can't you get out? and third who is we? this situation is still a complete mystery and the advice is going to depend alot on what the details are.
