I dont think that would be inapropriate for thirteen year olds. Thats natural, but ive never seen a PG-13 movie were a womens boobs beside that one.

Oh and the girl who said there also was in the movie Sixteen Candles thats because PG-13 wasnt invented yet. It was only PG and R. The same thing in Airplane, it was PG and there were boobs, but thats because at that time PG-13 wasnt invented.

If I recall correctly, they left the nudity in because it was presented tastefully, as she was posing for art. It wasn't sexual, so the movie got to keep the PG-13 rating.

Why does everybody have to be nice to you or your mother? Welcome to the real world princess, where people are whatever they feel like being. Besides, if you had a half a brain you would have found out through google that PG-13 didn't exist before the early 80's and a lot of classic films that would be rated R today were PG then. Start bringing those home and you've won the argument, but seeing as the modern generation is not just lazy but ignorant as well I'm not surprised you didn't find out on your own.

One sort scene is allowed in PG-13 Movies. Then you have to cut back on violence or other inappropriate stuff. It is a combination of all of it, then if at first a movie is given a R rating the director will have to cut scenes to make it PG-13 if that is the rating they want.

As far as I am concerned the boob shot in Titanic should have given it an R rating. I think the only reason it did not get an R rating is because it was suppose to be art. Kind of like college kids drawing nudes in art class.

I think PG-13 movies are allowed a certain amount of swears and "mature stuff" before they're considered R-rated.

yes but the story matters and this it After winning a trip on the RAMS Titanic during a dockside card game, American Jack Dawson spots the society girl Rose Dewitt Buster who is on her way to Philadelphia to marry her rich snob fiance Cal Hockey. Rose feels helplessly trapped by her situation and makes her way to the aft deck and thinks of suicide until she is rescued by Jack. Cal is therefore obliged to invite Jack to dine at their first-class table where he suffers through the slights of his snobbish hosts. In return, he spirits Rose off to third class for an evening of dancing, giving her the time of her life. Deciding to forsake her intended future all together, Rose asks Jack, who has made his living making sketches on the streets of Paris, to draw her in the nude wearing the invaluable blue diamond Cal has given her. Cal finds out and has Jack locked away. Soon after wards, the ship hits an iceberg and Rose must find Jack while both must run from Cal even as the ship sinks deeper into the freezing water. or A young man and woman from different social classes fall in love aboard the ill-fated voyage.

It was PG-13 because it was a sketching. If they were having sex then it would probably be R.
