You can make some great at home facial treatments. Here's one recipe for you. If you don't have any almond meal, that's okay. Just ignore it and leave it out of the recipe. It will still work. Also, you CAN substitute milk for yogurt, or vice versa.

Ingredients:
egg yolk, honey, milk or yogurt, uncooked oatmeal, almond meal

Instructions:
1. Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon honey. Set aside.
2. Mix together 1 tablespoon oatmeal and 1 tablespoon almond meal.
3. Stir the egg mixture into the meal mixture.
4. Add 1 tablespoon milk or yogurt.
5. Apply the mixture to your face and allow it to dry completely (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
6. Wash with a cloth soaked in warm water.
7. Rinse with warm water, then cool water.
8. Pat dry, then apply moisturizer.

Here's another recipe for you that is simpler in case you don't have a lot of ingredients on hand. I do recommend you add honey to it though, if you have any, because honey can be great for your skin.

Oatmeal Facial Mask:
1. Run regular oatmeal through a blender or food chopper until fine. Using a tablespoon or so, add a little bit of milk or buttermilk and stir to thicken a bit.
2. Rub oatmeal mixture all over your face (avopid eyes) and leave it one for ten to twenty minutes.
3. Rinse well and pat dry.

Note: For variety, use ground oatmeal and honey...rub gently over face in swirling motions...then rinse and gently pat dry.
