Let's see: Pork chops (boneless), mashed potatoes (Hungry Jack will work in a pinch), heat up some frozen broccoli and mix in some garlic and olive oil, bake some Pillsbury biscuits in the oven, and you have an easy, nice dinner for you and your family.

It depends on what you like!! Some easy ones:

1. cut up chicken with stewed tomatoes and peppers on low one hour on stove top and serve over rice.
2. Marinate chicken in Ken's Caesar dressing for 1 day and grill. Delicious.
3. CHuck roast, 2 pckgs Lipton Onion soup, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 package baby carrots, on low all day in crockpot. Serve with mashed potatoes. You will never ever go wrong with this one.
4. boneless chicken breasts in crockpot with salsa dumped on top on low for 6 hours. Yummy and lowfat.
