I haven't lived in Dallas in 10 years, but two I remember (don't know whether they are still open or not) are Caruso's - Home of the Singing Waiters, in the shopping center at Northwest Highway and Skillman. Another one, whose name I don't remember was in Northwest Dallas on Webb Chapel about a mile south of 635 on the west side of the road.
The other respondents here will, I am sure, have more recent feedback for you.

Adelmo's-A charming and romantic two-story restaurant, Adelmo's is an ideal date spot. Italian and Mediterranean cooking dominates the menu, and standouts include veal osso buco, ravioli Florentine and grilled Mediterranean-style salmon. For dessert, opt for the heavenly cappuccino ice cream. The wine list is well-selected and reasonably priced with a good number of choices available by the glass. The wonderfully personable staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
