France or Italy....and why?

Italy. Though it hurts me to admit it, they were loads better than Germany yesterday. They've got strong defense but enough offense to get out there and make goals. Even if it comes down to penalties, Buffon's goalkeeping skills are killer. France today played fairly well against Portugal, but it wasn't anything spectacular.

It does not matter anymore... Without Germany in the Cup...

Going by France' s performance tonight I would bet on Italy to win.
But, both have strong defences so it may end up going to penalties.
Barthez's handling was not very good, and may be the difference if it goes to penalties.

italy...they are too good. they have played to their potential throughout the whole world cup tournament. france doesnt stand a chance.
