How long are you supposed to lay in bed with your legs up in the air with a pillow under neath your butt?

This is what I did and got pregnant the month I TTC, Man behind you, that gives you a very deep penetration, and ask your husband to ejaculate as deep as he can! then lay down for about 20 minutes at least, some women wait for 30 minutes, I waited 20 minutes every time.

The best positionI'm told is the man on top. I am also told that you need to lay in bed with a pillow under your hips for at least 30 minutes.I don't know about your legs in the air , that isn't neccesary! Hope I've helped ! Good luck!

I don't think it matters at all.
Here is why -
When a man comes, his semen shoots inside the walls of your vagina. On the front part of this wall, is your cervix. When you are having sex and have an orgasm, this cervix area will contract very quickly. Imagine as if your cervix was like your tongue, that had a hole in it, and was quickly lapping up semen like a cat drinking milk. That's how it works, so really, the position is irrelevant.

The Asian Pivot. Have your girl lay on her stomach with her butt in the air. Then make love to her from the back. Slowly pivot around her in circles. It will also be quite enjoyable!! GOOD LUCK!
