Do you feel like losing $350? If you are willing to part with it and take the risk of never seeing it again, go ahead. If not, don't do it. I think you really know that it wouldn't be the right thing to do, since she didn't want to see you anymore. Please, don't be used as this is what she is doing.

It's up to you. If you can't spare the money, don't do it.
A loan is not a bad idea-if she's good for it.
If you give her the money, don't get back together with her. You need to make a distinction btwn helping her and dating her. She thinks the two are related, or she would never have asked.

I would give her the $350 at 12% interest, and make her sign a contract that I had notarized.

Don't let that girl use you anymore! You're good enough to pay her bills, but not good enough to be with her?! She is a hardcore user! I think you should tell her to pay her own bills, cuz you're not responsible for her in the least way!

I'd say your right because I can't be making your car payment for you and that would have made me feel bad if you were my partner.

Is your name on the car with hers? If it is, then you are legally partly responsible for the payments. If it's not, then you have no obligation to her. Good luck.
