Sperms are fertile.The sperm count and mobility has to be increased.For this you must have a sperm count and see that whether it is normal.See a doctor.Speman fort increases sperm count.Vitamin E,C and B help better mobility and increasd sperm count.But before you do all this first have a sperm count.
Please note that even on sperm can make pregnant.Low sperm count may require some guidance that is all.

Eat protien rich and low fat foods. Baked beans are supposed to be very good. If you are trying to concieve, don't drink alcohol before sex but a cup of coffee or other caffiene based drink is supposed to give the little guys a bit more energy ( no caffiene for mom though)

if you are serious ...

timing is important ...

don't have sex (or masturbation) for 15 days ... this will increase your sperm count (and so will your "fertile" sperm count)

then have sex with your partner in the days she is ovulating ... that is in the exact middle of two periods (that is 12-15 days from last menstrual period)

Take iron supplements; and hard as it might be, only have sex every three or four days. There is something to be said for the other answers too....

eat loads of fresh lettuce lots of it this will increase your amount.cut down on sex when partner near to ovulation.wear loose clothes beneath the waist.thats all i can think of.hope these help.

apparently not smoking or alchol consumption can improve it. and something to do with loose clothing. See your doc. He knows more.
