I just don't know what to do but cry.. and it's annoying. I don't want to be sad.. I just really hate myself right now and I need a hug :'-(

I have a dog, but he is afraid of me :-( Plus, how he plays is just biting me. Not hard, but that's it. He doesn't like toys and he doesn't even "fetch" his bone. So..yah.. he's okay to hug now and then, but not the best..... Thanks for the suggestion though :-)

maybe crying yourself to sleep...or maybe talking to someone on here will help you. listening to music helps sometimes. and taking a brisk walk keeps your head up. most people use a warm bubble bath.

You need to get out. Go shoot pool, learn to bowl, roller skate, but just get out with people around. Make some new friends that are totally social.

If you need to vent about something I am thick skinned and listen well.

Find a hobby that you might like. One of mine is poetry. Writing takes time and thought. It can help a lot. Collecting toys is another that I do. It can help me when I am feeling a little blue. So do not cry or want to die, there is a reason that you are here. What you have to say, I want to hear.

I know exactly what you mean....I feel like that right now...I almost can't stand myself...after I leave work, I'm going to try and motivate myself to go to the local park and walk/jog.......sometimes that makes me feel a little better....although I really feel like just laying down, but when I do that, I just end up feeling worse....it's almost like there is no satisfying me.....just know that you are not the only one...I wish I had the magical answer for you but I think it's just something that we all must live through, one way or another..

sometimes i like to take walks in the beach, park, or just spend some time alone. It relaxes me and lets me think about all the things that have been happening. It lets me feel as if i can get a hold of myself and to keep myself from breaking apart.

I find going out for a coffee or somewhere public is helpful treat yourself and remember if you get really bad feelings i.e suicide call a crisis line okay?? Take care >Hugs<
