im african and i dont know y cause god made us that way. duhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! the sun dont make all peoples hair lighter and the position of the sun in africa dont make peoples hair lighter cause they are right near the hottest spot on earth. but in america the sun is not so close so it makes the hair lighter, cause of all the stuff they put in their hair

skin- fried, hair color- diluted, african hair- genes (same reason why humans don't have naturally pink eyes)
