I am afraid of falling from that height. Because I'm not afraid of heights if I'm sure that I'm safe I'm on the side of a cliff or if I'm climbing a ladder then I'm afraid of falling from that height.

I am afraid of heights a little, but the thing that I would love to do more than anything is sky dive, I don't have a problem with free falling, I really like it

I've been afraid of heights ever since I was very young. I've overcome bits of it, though. At first, I wasn't even able to step down from a curb without getting afraid. But, now I can do most stairs alright if I can go slow and can hold the hand rail. I still can't use escalators or ladders, though.

I think I am more afraid of falling from that height! That would suck because it's not like the movies where you hit a dumpster fulll of trash at the bottom and leave with a banana peel stuck to your face! I mean if you fall that's it your a pancake at the bottom with photos of your brains plastered all over rotten.com....No way I hate heights!

afraid of heights incorporates a fear of falling from that height as well. that's what most people fear is not the height itself but actually the possibilty of falling from that height. EVERYONE is afraid of falling from any height, it's just that most people aren't actually afraid of heights per se.
